Very disappointing experience with this logistics company. After confirming and booking the vehicle pickup, they later informed me that the pickup was not possible and cancelled the booking. What makes the experience even worse is that, despite the cancellation being from their side, I was informed that the refund would take up to a week to be processed. This means the customer is left without the service and has to wait several days just to get their own money back. This is extremely inconvenient and unprofessional. The company should verify vehicle availability before accepting and confirming bookings. Customers should not have to face unnecessary inconvenience because of poor coordination and planning. I expected much better service, communication, and reliability. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this logistics company.

STOP DELETING MY REVIEW MOTHERFCUKERS Chose them to transport my car from Guwahati to Goa , they told me within 1 week my car will be transported and they charged more money then rest of the companies. Received my car after 19 days, 15 litres of fuel missing, the interior has been completely dirty, I had 5 bags of expensive tea from Assam, out of which 2 were stolen. These people are not serious and not professional at all. Don’t recommend them. Save your car and stay away from these thieves.
